We first do a pre-consultation through photos.
Once you book your appointment and come in, we will have a detailed in-person consultation before starting any procedure.
Please understand that we do not offer separate inperson pre-consultation appointments, as every service includes a full consultation before the actual procedure begins.
During this time, we often determine together which PMU service is most suitable - and sometimes clients end up switching to a different procedure after the consultation.

* The lips heal more slowly than other areas, and the exfoliation precess takes longer, It usually takes at least 6 weeks for the skin ro fully regenerate. โ
For this reason, it is ideal to schedule your lip tattoo touch-up around 6-8 weeks after the initial session. If it's done too early, the color may not retain well, and if it's done too late, the base solor may fade too much.

To ensure the best possible results for your new freckles, please follow these essential care instructions carefully.

Before Your Appointment (Before Care)
Proper preparation is key to a successful procedure. Please adhere to the following timeline:

4 Weeks Prior: Avoid Botox, fillers, and any laser treatments in the facial area.

2 Weeks Prior: Avoid sun tanning, chemical peels, and taking antibiotics.

1 Week Prior: Stop using any skincare products containing Retinol (Vitamin A), AHA, BHA, or other exfoliants.

48 Hours Prior: Do not take any blood thinners such as Aspirin or Ibuprofen. Avoid consuming alcohol.

24 Hours Prior: Avoid consuming caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks).

On the day of your procedure, please arrive with clean skin, free of makeup.

What is the Saline Serum PMU Removal

A special saline serum into the skin binds to the pigments and breaks them down and draws them out of the skin. Several sessions may be needed depending on the size of the tattoo and the amount of pigment being removed. โโ

How Many Sessions Are Needed?

Fading begins early: Some clients notice visible lightening after just 1–2 sessions, especially if the tattoo is older or was implanted more superficially.

Typical range: Most people need 3–10 sessions to reach their desired level of fading or complete removal.

Timing matters: Sessions are spaced 6–8 weeks apart to allow the skin to fully heal and respond to the treatment.

Darker or denser brows: Highly saturated pigments usually require more sessions. Outcomes also vary depending on skin type, pigment depth, and individual healing.โ

** Included 2nd session must get within 4-6 weeks from initial session. If clients missed included 2nd session, it will be charged additional $20 each week passed after 8 weeks until 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, it will be considered as a retouch (2-6 months) price.

Cosmetic Tattoo (Microblading/Ombre/Powder/Nano Brows, Eyeliner, Lips) Policies

You must be 18 years or older with a state-issued picture ID to get tattooed.

There is a $100 or 30% Non-Refundable Deposit required to schedule a tattoo appointment of Retouch or Eyeliner.

There is a $200-$300 Non-Refundable Deposit required to schedule a tattoo appointment of New set and Combo Upper&Lower eyelliner.

IT'S NON-REFUNDABLE, but could be applied for other appointments only if rescheduled before 2 DAYSโ (48 Hours) of your appointment. If we don't receive notification for a cancellation or to reschedule before 2 DAYS (48 Hours) of your appointment you will lose your deposit and another deposit will be required to schedule any tattoo appointments in the future. If it happens a 3rd time we may avoid tattoo services permanently or the full price of the tattoo has to be paid upfront. The client is responsible for remembering the date and time of their appointment and not be dependent on reminders from us. There are no exceptions to this rule.

NO shows get blocked and deposit forfeited. I already allow a generous 48 hours minimum notice to reschedule to apply your paid deposit to another date. I do not send multiple notifications as a reminder — Please put your appointment in your calendar as soon as you book.

Please be prompt for your appointment and notify us if you are running late. it is our discretion to cancel your appointment if you are late for more than 15 mins. Once your appointment is canceled you will lose your deposit. There are no exceptions to this rule.
