Consultation
A photo consultation is required before booking your first PMU appointment.
Once your appointment is confirmed, a detailed in-person consultation will be provided before the procedure. We will review your goals, facial features, skin type, existing pigment if applicable, and recommend the most suitable technique.
Separate in-person consultation appointments are not required, as every PMU service includes a full consultation before the procedure.

Lip Healing
Lips typically require more healing time than other PMU areas. Follow-up sessions are recommended approximately 6–8 weeks after the initial procedure to allow the skin and color to fully settle.

PMU Works
PMU Follow-Up Appointment Policy
Your follow-up session is included in the original PMU service price as part of the recommended two-session process designed to achieve the best possible healed results.

Missed Follow-Up Appointments
If you no-show, cancel last minute, or reschedule outside of our cancellation policy, your included follow-up session will be forfeited.
If you would like to schedule a touch-up afterward, an additional $200 upfront fee will apply when booked within 3 months of your initial procedure.

Reserved Appointment Time
PMU appointments require approximately 2.5–3 hours of dedicated appointment time. Because this time is reserved specifically for you, last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows may leave a significant amount of appointment time that cannot be refilled.

Healed Results
The two-session PMU process is designed to refine the shape, color, and pigment retention after healing. Some fading or uneven pigment retention after the first session is normal and is typically addressed during the follow-up appointment.
If you choose not to attend or forfeit your scheduled follow-up session, any pigment loss, fading, or uneven retention cannot be corrected through the originally included follow-up session.
