*Please note that Lash Lift service is best for clients with fuller and longer natural lashes - if your lashes are very thin or short, you will not experience the desired full effect.
​
*Brow Lift(lamination) service is best for clients that have fuller natural brows - if you have overly tweezed or have very few natural brows, there will not be much to work with and the results may be lacking. The thin shape is not the issue. The main concern is your brow length and quantity.
* If you have thick and stiff natural lashes, we recommend getting Keratin Lash Lift for better results.

*If you have senstive skins, we recommend getting Gluless Keratin Lash Lift for less damage to your natural lashes and no irritation your eyelids/skin.

*If you have thin, very thin, weak, and/or short lashes, we recommend getting Gluless Keratin Lash Lift for less damage to your natural lashes and better results.
​
*Additional Clinic lash treatment provides your lashes more hydration and nourishment.
​We do not offer any promotion for new clients.

* A $20 booking fee applies for Lash Lift/Browination services for New Clients.

-All services require a 30% Non-Refundable Deposit to schedule an appointment.
-The late cancelation / No-show fee will apply regardless of COVID-19.
- We are very appointment based only.
- We are not taking walk-ins at all.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
​
We have a 48-hour rescheduling policy. Please give us a notice at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Service deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All appointments made within the 48-hour time frame are considered firm and are not allow to rescheduling or cancellation.
Please let us know if you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. Understand that if you are running more than 20 minutes behind your scheduled appointment or if you canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before your appointment , it may be necessary to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.
Also, an additional deposit will be required to reschedule your future appointment. When rescheduling, the deposit is only transferable ONCE if we are given a 48-hour notice.(We only allow a One-time rescheduling) . Please be respectful of our artist's time and schedule.
All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via text. Appointment cancellations through email are not accepted.
