Important Policies

- MUST notify us via TEXT (646-937-3653) at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel.
- All DEPOSITS are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, but we allow one-time rescheduling.
We are by appointment only.
We are not taking walk-ins at all.

We greatly appreciate the value of your time and the same courtesy. We have a 48-HOUR NOTICE POLICY, which gives us enough time to accommodate another client who needs it. That is why we ask for a 30% deposit for all appointments upon booking. The amount will be deducted from the final cost.
Deposits are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit can only be transferred once to a future appointment if advanced notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. One deposit can be redeemed per appointment. All appointments booked less than 48 hours from your scheduled time cannot be rescheduled or canceled.

APPOINTMENTS / DEPOSIT

Appointments can be made only online, or through text at 646-937-3653 with Full Name and Email.
We require a NON-REFUANDABLE DEPOSIT of 30% of the service price to reserve your appointments at Lash n Brow by KT. If you choose not to make a deposit payment, we will not hold your appointment.
If you don’t show up, fail to notify us 48 hours in advance, or are more than 20 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited. The amount will be deducted from the final cost. All deposits are “NON-REFUNDABLE.” The deposit can only be transferred if advanced notice is given within 48 hours.

Once we receive the informaiton, we will contact you as soon as possible.
* Please note that we are not scheduling appointments via phone call, only via text.

In order to receive the maximum benefit from your appointment,
please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING Policy​
We have a 48-hour rescheduling policy. Please give us a notice at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Service deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All appointments made within the 48-hour time frame are considered firm and are not allowed to be rescheduled or canceled.
Please let us know if you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. Understand that if you are running more than 20 minutes behind your scheduled appointment or if you canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Also, an additional deposit will be required to reschedule your future appointment. When rescheduling, the deposit is only transferable ONCE if you are given a 48-hour notice.(We only allow a One-time rescheduling) . Please be respectful of our artist's time and schedule.

Appointment cancellations through email are not accepted.​

NO SHOWS Policy
​
Since we are a salon that is by appointment only, we ask our clients to repect our time as much as we repect theirs. 'No-shows' will be billed for the full (100%) amount of the booked service. Clients who have not-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a higher percentage deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments. If you do not show up to your PMU touchup appointment, your touchup appointment will be forfeited, along with an additional fee. For all packages, we will deduct a session if no-showed.

Eyelash Extension Refills Policy
​
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at Lash n Brow by KT – NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you currently have eyelash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons. Also, this is to raise application quality. We encourage new customers from other salons to take advantage of our first-time client specials. Lash Removal is a separate additional fee.

Pricing Policy
​
All price are subject to change. All services/products purchase are final, No Exchanges or Refunds.
If you are unhappy for any reason, you must speak to your service provider before you leave the building so we can rectify the situation at that time, again- there are no refunds.

Eyelash Extension CANNOT be applied to person who has allergic to any type of adhesives.

Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will do removal the lashes complimentary.

Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatment used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.

PAYMENTS / GRATUITY
​
For your convenience, we accept all major debit/credit cards, contectless pay (Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay) and cash for services. Gratuities will be preferred in cash. A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service you have, and tips are genuinely appreciated for the full (pre-discounted) value.

Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks, Money Order, Zelle, and Venmo.

TAX
4.5% NYC sales tax is applied on services, and 8.875% on products.

Cosmetic Tattoo (Microblading/ Ombre/Powder/ Nano Brows, Eyeliner, Lips) Policies

You must be 18 years or older with a state-issued picture ID to get tattooed.

There is a $100 Non-Refundable Deposit required to schedule a tattoo appointment of Retouch or Eyeliner.

There is a $200 Non-Refundable Deposit required to schedule a tattoo appointment of New set and Combo Upper&Lower eyelliner.

IT'S NON-REFUNDABLE, but could be applied for other appointments only if rescheduled before 2 DAYS​ (48 Hours) of your appointment. If we don't receive notification for a cancellation or to reschedule before 2 DAYS (48 Hours) of your appointment you will lose your deposit and a $150/$250 deposit will be required to schedule any tattoo appointments in the future. If it happens a 3rd time we may avoid tattoo services permanently or the full price of the tattoo has to be paid upfront. The client is responsible for remembering the date and time of their appointment and not be dependent on reminders from us. There are no exceptions to this rule.

NO shows get blocked and deposit forfeited. I already allow a generous 48 hours minimum notice to reschedule to apply your paid deposit to another date. I do not send multiple notifications as a reminder — Please put your appointment in your calendar as soon as you book.

Please be prompt for your appointment and notify us if you are running late. it is our discretion to cancel your appointment if you are late for more than 15 mins. Once your appointment is canceled you will lose your deposit. There are no exceptions to this rule.
