As a single-operator studio, run solely by myself, Katie, I may be unable to answer phone calls during treatments or classes.

For all appointment inquiries and other questions, please contact me via text message.

* At this time, we are no longer accepting new clients for any eyelash extension serives inlduding lash removal.

We kindly ask new clients seeking lash extensions to explore other lash studios that may better accommodate your needs.

First Time Clients

We do not offer any promotion for new clients.

* NEW CLIENTS will incur an online booking fee of $20-50, depending on the chosen services.

(To avoid this fee, please text us first after filling out the New Client Form and wait for a response from Katie.

If you, New Clients, book online directly, the fee will be automatically charged at checkout.)

* Refill services are only for returning clients with extensions from Lash n Brow by KT. Please see POLICIES for details.

* If you're a RETURNING CLIENT, please use the online booking system. It is the easiest way to book at the time.

FIRST TIME CLIENT for Appointments

Appointments can only be scheduled by Filling out the appointment form, and a non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your booking.

Once we receive the information, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Alternatively you can text us at 646-937-3653 with your full name and email.

* Please note that we do not schedule appointments over the phone.

*Please, Do Not Ask Brow Shaping or Threading. Here is not a brow shaping salon.

*We are No longer Accepting New
Clients for any eyelash extension serives including lash removal.

*We are No Longer Accepting New Clients for Volume / Hybrid Lash Services including Animee/Wet/Wispy style.

(Only Existing Clients who have been receiving classic and volume/hybrid lash services will be able to continue booking appointments.We kindly ask new clients interesred in any lash extenson services to refrain from scheduling appointments.

To maintain the quality of service for my current clients and to take better care of my hands and finger joints, I have decided to limit lash extension appointments moving forward.
